Private Charters

We have processed a deposit to the nominated credit card provided. The balance owing to be paid 7 days prior to your charter date.

Please meet us at the Cairns Marlin Marina “D” finger (Jetty) at 6.20 am for check in unless an alternative time has been arranged. You can type Cairns Reef Fishing into google maps or apple maps and it will show on your location. We will return to the marina between 3.30 and 4pm.

Car Parking Options:

– The council lagoon car park at the front of the pier complex for $20 per day.

– Underneath the Shangri La hotel is $20 per day. Please note there is a height limit of 1.9 metres.

– The car park at Hemmingway’s Brewery is $10 per day but is approximately a ten-minute walk to the boat.

– Opposite Hemmingway’s Brewery is a $3 all day carpark and is approximately 15-minute walk to the boat.

Inclusions:

You charter includes tea/coffee and croissants upon check in, a buffet style lunch with fresh deli meats, salad, bread rolls and condiments plus a fresh fruit platter and prawns for afternoon tea. 

We have soft drinks, mid strength beer and merchandise for sale, cash only if you wish to purchase on the day. You are welcome to bring your own drinks, light or mid strength and cans only. We have a large esky and plenty of ice. 

We have menu upgrade options for private charters and these can be found below. If you would like to add any of these upgrade options please let us know as soon as possible.

If you have arranged snorkeling as an add on to your charter all gear will be provided. Please note that guests must have a 0% BAC before participating in any snorkeling activities.

Please Remember To Bring:

– Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen

– Happy vibes!

– Swimming gear and towels if snorkeling.

One of our friendly team will telephone you on the afternoon prior to your charter between 4-5pm to confirm that we have ideal weather and our minimum passenger numbers.
