1. Booking Requirements
a. All experiences must be booked at
least 24 hours in advance.
b. Bookings can be made through the
designated online booking portal or
carriage service.
c. Groups over 6 people must confirm
numbers 10 business days before
booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
a. You may cancel your booking and
receive a full refund if the
cancellation is made more than 24
hours before the scheduled time of
the experience.
b. Refunds will only be processed
through the same booking portal
used to make the reservation.
c. Cancellations made within 24 hours
of the scheduled experience are nonrefundable.
3. Modifications
a. Changes to your booking (such as
rescheduling) must be requested
more than 24 hours in advance and
are subject to availability.
4. Arrival and Attendance
a. Guests are required to arrive at the
venue within 5 minutes to the
scheduled start time.
b. Late arrivals may result in a
shortened experience or forfeiture of
the booking without refund.
5. Age Restrictions
a. All participants drinking alcohol must
be of legal drinking age as per legal
obligations. Valid identification may
be required.
6. Behavior and Conduct
a. We reserve the right to refuse service
or remove guests from the premises
who exhibit inappropriate behavior,
including intoxication, without
refund.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
a. All staff may refuse service if guests
are showing signs of intoxication or
anti-social behavior.
8. Liability
a. Guests participate in the wine tasting
experience at their own risk. We are
not liable for any loss, injury, or
damage incurred during the
experience unless caused by our
negligence.
9. Free of Charge Policy
a. 1 Group leader / Tour escort is Free of
Charge (FOC) per 15 guests.
b. Group Leader/ Tour escorts are not to
consume any alcohol on site.
10. Force Majeure
a. We are not responsible for
cancellations or disruptions caused
by events outside our reasonable
control, such as extreme weather,
natural disasters, or other unforeseen
circumstances. In such cases, we will
work with guests to reschedule or
provide refunds where applicable.
11. Special Requests
a. Any dietary or special requests
should be communicated at the time
of booking. While we will make every
effort to accommodate such
requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
b. For food and wine tastings, dietary
requirements must be advised at the
time of booking. Adjustments cannot
be made on the day of the booked
experience.
