The Wilpena Women’s Weekend is an all-inclusive package that brings you all of their favourite things, combining luxurious and heated glamping safari tent accommodation, nourishing restaurant prepared meals, yoga, meditation, breathwork, bushwalking and cultural experiences on Adnyamathanha Country at the ancient Ikara – Flinders Ranges National Park. This weekend will leave you feeling connected, restored and transformed, with a deeper sense of place and belonging, on Country and in life.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets 1.1 Tickets can only be purchased through this website or over the phone using a valid credit card. A $500 deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is taken from the card upon submission of the booking, and bookings are not confirmed until payment is completed. The outstanding amount must be paid by 31 days prior to tour departure. Any bookings within 31 days prior to the tour must pay in full. Payment can be made via credit card over the phone or online, or via a direct bank transfer. 1.2 After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a request to sign a mandatory waiver. 1.3 Tickets and vouchers must be original, display an expiry date and be presented at the time of entry. Photo ID and signatures may be required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to police. 1.4 Any purchase you make will be charged in Australian dollars and you are solely liable for any currency conversion fee or other amounts charged by your credit card provider. 1.5 A minimum of 8 travellers is required for the Flinders Ranges retreat to go ahead. Active Rest Retreats reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum numbers are not met. The maximum number of travellers is 12. 2. Cancellations 2.1 Cancellations made greater than or equal to 81 days prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation charges 2.2 Cancellations between 41 – 80 days prior to arrival will incur a booking cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking cost. 2.3 Cancellations less than or equal to 40 prior to arrival will incur a booking cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking cost. 2.4 No Shows and cancellations after tour departure time, failure to participate or breach of Conditions of Entry will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, all bookings are final. 2.5 Management does, however, reserve the right to make exceptions where it deems it to be an extenuating circumstance. 2.6 Active Rest Retreats (Sarah Hayes Yoga and Enliven Outdoor Adventures) reserve the right to cancel any tours due to inclement weather conditions. Cancellations due to inclement weather conditions are offered a credit transfer, rescheduled tour date or, if need be, a full refund.  2.7 If your cancellation is due to COVID, you will be entitled to a reschedule, a transfer to another traveler, or a credit to use on a future Active Rest Retreats (Sarah Hayes Yoga x Enliven Outdoor Adventures) tour. If the re-schedule, transfer or credit are not possible, then a full refund less the $500 deposit will be available. Evidence of a positive test and/or a direction to isolate during the dates of the tour will need to be provided.  2.8 The traveler must take out travel insurance covering tour cancellations, loss of deposit, accommodation charges, medical expenses, inability to travel or continue the tour, loss or damage of personal effects, medical evacuation and repatriation and accidental death or disability. The insurance policy should also cover loss arising from the passengers’ inability to travel due to any reason whatsoever. Active Rest Retreats (Sarah Hayes Yoga and Enliven Outdoor Adventures) will not be held responsible for any personal injury or loss, damages or expenses of property or to a person traveling.  3. Conditions of Entry To participate in an Active Rest Retreat, you must: • Be at least 18years of age • Understand the safety rules given in any briefings. • Show no signs of alcohol or drugs use • Be physically fit and free of any medical conditions • Wear and supply your own appropriate clothing and footwear • Sign a Waiver. 4. Medical Conditions 4.1 Participants must be able to declare that they are medically, mentally and physically fit and able to participate in an Active Rest Retreat (per our waiver). 4.2 Participants must immediately notify Active Rest Retreats in writing of any change to their medical condition, fitness or ability to participate in a tour. 4.3 You should seek medical advice if uncertain. 4.4 Active Rest Retreats Reserves the right to deny you access to participating in a tour if we, acting reasonably, are not completely satisfied that it is safe for you to participate. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and any dispute in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
