For groups of up to three passengers this tour is conducted in our Robinson R44 Helicopter and weight restrictions apply, the maximum individual passenger weight is 136KG and the total passenger weight of all passengers must not exceed 267 KG. For groups of four up to six passengers this tour is conducted in our Bell 206 Longranger Helicopter and weight restrictions apply, the total passenger weight of all passengers must not exceed 392 KG. Cancellation within 24hrs of departure time or ‘no shows’ – no refund will be issued. Cancellation before 24hrs of the flight departure time – full refund will be issued. Bookings made through a third party agent may have additional cancellation restrictions. If a cancellation is made by Katherine Helicopters there will be no charge and we will aim to re-book to another time best suiting the customers availability. Weather restrictions do apply – Katherine Helicopters will keep the lead passenger informed if the weather does not look suitable for the flight. If the weather is not looking suitable Katherine Helicopters will offer other flight times available during passengers visit to Katherine, if this is not possible a full refund will be given. Tours are not necessarily bespoke, sometimes multiple parties will be flown together.
