The Brisbane Sightseeing Tour is a comfortable 4-hour, half-day guided city tour designed for visitors who want to maximize their time seeing the city’s highlights. Cancellations
At Urban Tours, we understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation conditions. If you have booked direct and need to cancel, please contact us via email at info@urbantours.com.au at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. If you have booked through a third party, their cancellation conditions vary and override our direct booking policy.
Please note that the booking fee and any credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.
If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled tour or fail to show up, unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
