You will marvel at the huge array of flavours a distiller can bring to life in a white spirit. Some of the flavours you will try on this tour include Spiced Pumpkin Gin, Sloe Berry, Raspberry Gin, Lemon -Gincello, Blood Orange and Tasmanian Pepperberry. With more than 100 distilleries in Tasmania these tours dive deep into the world of small-batch distilling based around the Hobart region. This is where passion fuels exceptional quality. You will witness artisanal magic firsthand, witness unique techniques, and learn the fascinating stories behind each sip. Crucially, these limited-edition treasures rarely reach mass retailers, making this tour the exclusive gateway to purchase directly from the source. Think of it as a chance to secure their own piece of liquid gold, unavailable anywhere else!
Guests must be 18 years and older.
Inclusions
Visiting 3-4 distilleries of your choice of spirits, and one EXCEPTIONAL winery for tastings. Distilleries include Spring Bay, Drifters End and Charles Reuben Estate. **Southarm Distillery Saturdays only.Tasting between 10-15 spirits from whisky, gin, schnapps, liqueurs to rum. The range of tastes will astound.
Gourmet lunch and wine at Frogmore Creek Winnery. This is hands down one of the premier restaurants in Tasmania.
Partake in the delightful Coal River Farm Chocolate and take home little bundles of delight. (Purchased separately)

Return transfers are available from Central Hobart hotels or Sandy Bay

What you need to do to be prepared:
- Please keep this ticket with you to confirm your pick up on the day.
- Read the attachment.
- For the Distillery Tours each person will need to present ID to confirm they are over 18 years.
- Ingrid will be in touch to ask for your pick-up locations prior to your arrival if you have not specified on your booking. (Pickup’s are from central Hobart city hotels and from Salamanca Place. Maps with exact locations attached)
- Ingrid drives a black Nissan and will have a sign on the passenger front window so you can identify her vehicle. Details attached.
- Bring a warm layer of clothing such as a wind breaker. Tasmania weather can be changeable.
- Water is provided in the car.
