Nestled in the undulating landscapes just east of Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills is unlike other South Australian wine regions in that it produces great quality cool-climate wines like pinot noir, sparkling and chardonnay thanks to its location in the Mount Lofty Ranges.

The region’s high-altitude vineyards and varying microclimates contribute to the creation of distinctive cool-climate wines, making it a captivating destination for wine enthusiasts.

9:00 am Pick up from Adelaide city location (or previously agreed location)

To start our day off we will head up to Mount Lofty lookout which gives you a bird’s eye view over the city of Adelaide. 

From here we will stop at Beerenberg and if time allows, we can do a stroll along the main street of Hahndorf.

11:30 am we will drop in to Shaw & Smith which is celebrated for its sustainable viticulture and elegant wines.

1:00 pm We can do lunch and tastings at Sidewood Estate where it’s a chance to enjoy their exceptional cuisine and wines but remember we MUST book in advance.

3.30 pm Head back to Adelaide

All our drivers are fully insured, have police clearances and accredited or your peace of mind
