Australia’s west coast boasts some of the world’s best beaches set against a backdrop of rugged Outback terrain – perfect for a road trip like no other. This unique 10-day Perth to Broome adventure brings you face-to-face with the region’s best natural wonders and exposes you to a rich and colourful landscape. Get snorkelling in the sublime Ningaloo Reef, discover the rocky gorges and waterholes of Karinjini National Park and drive along the Coral Coast through the Pilbara to blissful Broome. Western Australia’s coast and desert regions are vast and amenities sometimes sparse, but the rewards alongside expert local leaders and small-group experiences are rich beyond belief.

OPERATION: From April 2021 our tours are jointly operated by West Adventure Tours (WAT) & Adventure Tours Australia (ATA). Vehicles may include markings from either company and passengers may be a combination of WAT and ATA customers. FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due 1 month prior to travel, if you have only paid a deposit, we will send you a reminder with payment options when it is due. If the tour you have booked is departing in less than 30 days, we will send the request for final payment as soon as we process your booking.


PAYMENTS: Payments you make to us are secure and held in trust until the completion of the tour. PARK FEES: All National Park Fees are inclusive. OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES: Snorkelling Tours on Ningaloo Reef SLEEPING BAGS: You need one. We can provide you with a new sleeping bag for $45. This need to be arranged prior to departure, if you want to buy a sleeping bag please contact tours@travelwild.com.au LUGGAGE: 15kg in Soft Bag/Backpack plus a small Day Bag MEDICAL NEEDS: While tours guides are not medically trained, apart from first aid, in the case of an emergency it may be helpful if you guide is aware of any medical conditions or medication you are taking, if you need to advise us of any medical conditions please contact reservations@adventuretours.com.au DRINKS / ALCOHOL: If you would like alcohol for your tour please buy cans or casks as glass bottles may smash. You will need to purchase your alcohol before your tour starts. Remote area restrictions mean we cannot buy more along the way. We keep an esky with ice for keeping your drinks cool. BOOKING CONDITIONS

BOOKING: A 10% Deposit Required to secure your seats, The final balance of 90% due 1 month Prior to Departure.

TOUR CANCELATION BY THE CUSTOMER 

Greater 29 days from the tour departure: If you cancel the tour more than 29 days from departure, your deposit is converted to an indefinite credit which can be used on any Adventure Tours Australia product.

Within 29 days from the tour departure: If you cancel the tour within 29 days of departure and you have paid for the tour in full, you will receive a 50% refund and 50% will be converted to an indefinite credit which can be used on any Adventure Tours Australia product.

TOUR CANCELATION BY THE OPERATOR: If the tour is cancelled by the operator for any reason which is not a Force Majeure* event, then you get a full refund of any monies you have paid.

If the tour is cancelled by the operator as a result of a Force Majeure* event, any monies you have paid is converted to an indefinite 110% credit which can be used on any Adventure Tours Australia product.

* A Force Majeure event is an event which is beyond our control and prevents us from operating the tour. For example Government imposed travel bans as a result of Covid would be classified a Force Majeure event.
