Lawrenny gins are shaped by our surroundings. Many of the botanicals; herbs, flowers and citrus are picked fresh from the estate. Others are sourced as close to home as possible, always chosen to complement the purity of the water drawn from the upper River Derwent, just metres from the distillery doors.

This experience features a flight across our core gin range:

• Van Diemen’s Gin – A vibrant, fruit-forward gin that captures the feel of
  a Tasmanian spring. Expect strawberries, lime flowers and almond, softened
  by a floral finish.


• Highlands Gin – Crisp and refreshing with layers of blue cypress, grapefruit and
  mint. Inspired by the untamed beauty of the surrounding Central Highlands.


• Meadowbank Pink Gin – Infused with local raspberries, strawberries and hibiscus,
  this gin is both vibrant and delicately balanced, perfect for warm summer
  afternoons.


• 1818 Settlers Gin – A bold and complex expression, honouring the strength
  of Tasmania’s early farming families. Juniper, rosemary and brown cardamom
  come together in a smoky, spicy finish.
