Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final and strictly non-refundable. You may reschedule your class under the below terms:
• More than 7 days’ notice: Free to reschedule
• Less than 7 days’ notice: A rescheduling fee applies (the fee is on the class page)
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: No changes permitted; booking is forfeited

Arrival Time

The studio doors open 10 minutes before your class start time. Entry before then may not be possible as our team needs time to set up and take breaks between sessions.

If you’re attending with friends but have booked separately and want to sit together, please arrive 10 minutes early to reserve your seats.

• This is a 3 hour class

• Please don’t bring your own sewing machine, we provide machines for everyone.
