At Urban Tours, we understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation conditions. If you have booked direct and need to cancel, please contact us via email at info@urbantours.com.au at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. If you have booked through a third party, their cancellation conditions vary and override our direct booking policy. Please note that the booking fee and any credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled tour or fail to show up, unfortunately, no refund will be issued. Weather Policy: As an outdoor experience, our walking tour is designed to run in most weather conditions—rain or shine! However, for your safety and comfort, tours may be cancelled in the event of extreme heat or severe wet weather. If this occurs, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options or a full refund.
